Tool Holder Heating Instructions

This device heats the tool holder according to the principle of induction heating, and can quickly change the tool in a few seconds, so the position of the tool holder in the coil has an important influence on the heating expansion of the tool holder. The correct heating position is shown in the figure area 2. During the heating process, if area 2 is placed accurately in the coil heating position, the tool holder will quickly expand to the size that can hold the tool, which means that only a small amount of energy is stored in the tool holder, and the temperature is lower when disassembling and assembling, and the cooling time is accordingly reduced.

The operator selects the corresponding parameters according to the tool holder type, material, tool diameter, tool loading and unloading, and the heating time is automatically determined. The user can make slight adjustments based on the tool holder usage and actual experience, with the upper and lower limits of 1 second. After the heating parameters are adjusted, click the START button to start heating.

• Keep the device clean and clean it regularly after use! To ensure the tool holder and end mill clean, otherwise thermal expansion cannot be performed. And metal debris or liquid is strictly prohibited from entering the device!

• The machine must not be operated in explosive atmospheres! Place hot tools on a non-flammable and heat-resistant surface! Do not use flammable cleaning agents!

• Ensure that hot parts cannot be accidentally touched! Please always wear the gloves provided to protect your hands from burns or cuts! Safety glasses should always be worn during operation of the device.

• Keep away from the tool handle and tool. Do not allow any metal objects to enter the induction coil, otherwise they will also become hot!
